And he took their king's crown from off his head, the weight whereof was a talent of gold with the precious stones: and it was set on David's head. And he brought forth the spoil of the city in great abundance.

But we see Y'shuw`a, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of Elohim should taste death for every man.
Now therefore arise, O YY Elohim, into thy resting place, thou, and the ark of thy strength: let thy kohanim, O YY Elohim, be clothed with salvation, and let thy holy ones rejoice in goodness.
So all the elders of Yisrael came to the king to Hevron; and king David made a league with them in Hevron before YY : and they anointed David king over Yisrael.
And the men of Yhudah came, and there they anointed David king over the house of Yhudah. And they told David, saying, That the men of JabeshGilad were they that buried Saul.
Then Shmuel took the shofar of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of YY came upon David from that day forward. So Shmuel rose up, and went to Ramah.
