Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O YY .
Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.
Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters.
Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Yisrael now say:
Blessed is every one that feareth YY ; that walketh in his ways.
Except YY build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except YY keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
When YY turned again the captivity of TZiyon, we were like them that dream.
They that trust in YY shall be as mount TZiyon, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
If it had not been YY who was on our side, now may Yisrael say;
Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of YY .
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
