(For those kohanim were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, YY sware and will not repent, Thou art a Kohen for ever after the order of Malkki-TZedeq:)
For the Torah maketh men kohanim gdolim which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the Torah, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
If therefore perfection were by the Levitical kehunnath, (for under it the people received the Torah,) what further need was there that another Kohen should rise after the order of Malki-TZedek, and not be called after the order of Aharon?
Elohim is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Even he shall build the temple of YY ; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his Throne; and he shall be a kohen upon his Throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
