And YY spake unto Moshe, saying,
And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.
Pinchas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aharon the kohen, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Yisrael, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Yisrael in my jealousy.
And that was counted unto him for righteousness unto all generations for evermore.
