And Moshe said unto Hobab, the son of Raguel the Midianite, Moshe' father in law, We are journeying unto the place of which YY said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good: for YY hath spoken good concerning Yisrael.

And YY appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto YY , who appeared unto him.

Now Heber the Keni, which was of the children of Hobab the father in law of Moshe, had severed himself from the Kenis, and pitched his tent unto the plain of Zaanaim, which is by Kedesh.

Now Moshe kept the flock of Yitro his father in law, the kohen of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of Elohim, even to Horev.

And when they came to Reuel their father, he said, How is it that ye are come so soon to day?

And thou saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.

And the Ruach and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for Elohim to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

In hope of eternal life, which Elohim, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child.

They shall ask the way to TZiyon with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to YY in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten.

And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of YY , to the house of the Elohim of Yaakov; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of TZiyon shall go forth the Torah, and the word of YY from Yerushalayim.

O taste and see that YY is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

And Saul said unto the Kenis, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Yisrael, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenis departed from among the Amalekites.

And the children of the Keni, Moshe' father in law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Yhudah into the wilderness of Yhudah, which lieth in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt among the people.

Elohim is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

And Moshe let his father in law depart; and he went his way into his own land.

When Yitro, the kohen of Midian, Moshe' father in law, heard of all that Elohim had done for Moshe, and for Yisrael his people, and that YY had brought Yisrael out of Egypt;

And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Kenaanim, and the Hittitim, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivi, and the Yvusis.

In the same day YY made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Kenaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers.

And Yitro, Moshe' father in law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices for Elohim: and Aharon came, and all the elders of Yisrael, to eat bread with Moshe' father in law before Elohim.

Thus were the journeyings of the children of Yisrael according to their armies, when they set forward.

Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and His Commandments, which I Command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which YY thy Elohim giveth thee, for ever.

And YY thy Elohim will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.

O come, let us sing unto YY : let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.

Make a joyful noise unto YY , all ye lands.

And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Kenaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their Elohim.

And Moshe was content to dwell with the man: and he gave Moshe TZipporah his daughter.
