Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is YY thy Elohim? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because YY is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.

As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy Elohim?

Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy emissaries and prophets; for Elohim hath avenged you on her.

Let the kohanim, the ministers of YY , weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O YY , and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their Elohim?

Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.

Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind: I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets.

Then did I beat them as small as the dust of the earth, I did stamp them as the mire of the street, and did spread them abroad.

Now also many nations are gathered against thee, that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eye look upon TZiyon.

We are confounded, because we have heard reproach: shame hath covered our faces: for strangers are come into the sanctuaries of YY 's house.

Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is their Elohim? let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed.

He trusted in Elohim; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of Elohim.

And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith YY -TZvaot.

And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, YY will be magnified from the border of Yisrael.

For thy violence against thy brother Yaakov shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.

Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that Elohim that shall deliver you out of my hands?

And I will render unto Bavel and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in TZiyon in your sight, saith YY .

Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their Elohim?

Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.

The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.

My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy Elohim?

They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.

I have raised up one from the north, and he shall come: from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay.

But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of Yhudah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress.

Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, YY shall be a light unto me.

For the Kenaanim and all the inhabitants of the land shall hear of it, and shall environ us round, and cut off our name from the earth: and what wilt thou do unto thy great name?

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lvanon.

YY , when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.

For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men.

YY hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Yisrael, even YY , is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
