Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

Not as Kayin, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.

But with the precious blood of Moshiach, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

For such an kohen gadol became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.

And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go.

Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Y'shuw`a, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of Elohim.

When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.

Wherefore they cried unto YY , and said, We beseech thee, O YY , we beseech thee, let us not perish for this man's life, and lay not upon us innocent blood: for thou, O YY , hast done as it pleased thee.

But know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth YY hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.

I have heard many such things: miserable comforters are ye all.

And also for the innocent blood that he shed: for he filled Yerushalayim with innocent blood; which YY would not pardon.

And it came to pass, when Achav heard those words, that he rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his flesh, and fasted, and lay in sackcloth, and went softly.

Then he said, I have sinned: yet honour me now, I pray thee, before the elders of my people, and before Yisrael, and turn again with me, that I may worship YY thy Elohim.

And Saul said unto Shmuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed The Commandment of YY , and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.

And he called for Moshe and Aharon by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Yisrael; and go, serve YY , as ye have said.

And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moshe and Aharon, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: YY is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

But ye are forgers of lies, ye are all physicians of no value.

For he did put his life in his hand, and slew the Plishti, and YY wrought a great salvation for all Yisrael: thou sawest it, and didst rejoice: wherefore then wilt thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without a cause?

They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

A man shall be commended according to his wisdom: but he that is of a perverse heart shall be despised.
