Kefa answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended.
And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
But Kefa said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?
Hold up my goings in thy paths, that my footsteps slip not.
So when they had dined, Y'shuw`a saith to Shimon Kefa, Shimon-Bar-Yochanan, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galil.
Y'shuw`a said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
