While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the Synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Rabbi any further?
Y'shuw`a said, Take ye away the stone. Marta, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of Elohim: and they that hear shall live.
And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Rabbi, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?
Then when Miryam was come where Y'shuw`a was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Rabbi saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at thy house with my talmidim.
While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and payed homage to him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
