And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.

They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.

And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,

For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the Kingdom of Elohim shall come.

Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the Kingdom of Elohim.

And the talmidim did as Y'shuw`a had appointed them; and they made ready the Passover.

They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
