But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again kohen hagadol asked him, and said unto him, Art thou HaMoshiach, the Son of the Blessed?

And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayest it.

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

The Jews answered him, We have a Torah, and by our Torah he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of Elohim.

Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:

Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of Elohim?

And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of Elohim.

And Shimon Kefa answered and said, Thou art HaMoshiach, the Son of the living Elohim.

And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Y'shuw`a, thou Son of Elohim? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Blessed art thou, O YY : teach me thy statutes.

I was dumb, I opened not my mouth; because thou didst it.

I will declare the decree: YY hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

According to the glorious good news of the blessed Elohim, which was committed to my trust.

The place of the Scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:

And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Y'shuw`a, Whence art thou? But Y'shuw`a gave him no answer.

Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Y'shuw`a answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be HaMoshiach, tell us plainly.

And kohen hagadol stood up in the midst, and asked Y'shuw`a, saying, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?
