Then Paul and Bar-Nabba waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of Elohim should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.
Elohim forbid: yea, let Elohim be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
What shall we say then? Is the Torah sin? Elohim forbid! Nay, I had not known sin, but by the Torah: for I had not known lust, except the Torah had said, Thou shalt not covet.
Was then that which is good made death unto me? Elohim forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by The Commandment might become exceeding sinful.
I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? Elohim forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Moshiach? shall I then take the members of Moshiach, and make them the members of an harlot? Elohim forbid!
Is the Torah then against the promises of Elohim? Elohim forbid: for if there had been a mitzvah given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the Torah.
But Elohim forbid that I should glory, save in the execution stake of our Lord Y'shuw`a HaMoshiach, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
