And ye, in any wise keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest ye make yourselves accursed, when ye take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Yisrael a curse, and trouble it.
But the children of Yisrael committed a trespass in the accursed thing: for Achan, the son of Karmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Yhudah, took of the accursed thing: and the anger of YY was kindled against the children of Yisrael.
And Y'howshu`a said, Why hast thou troubled us? YY shall trouble thee this day. And all Yisrael stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones.
Pure religion and undefiled before Elohim and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that YY may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;
Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith YY Elohim of Yisrael, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Yisrael: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.
If there be among you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp:
But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.
