So Y'howshu`a took all that land, the hills, and all the south country, and all the land of Goshen, and the valley, and the plain, and the mountain of Yisrael, and the valley of the same;
Likewise when YY sent you from Kadeshbarnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled against The Commandment of YY your Elohim, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice.
And the border of the Kenaanim was from TZidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Azah; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
And the angel of YY spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Yerushalayim unto Azah, which is desert.
Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Azah also shall see it, and be very sorrowful, and Ekron; for her expectation shall be ashamed; and the king shall perish from Azah, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.
And these are the golden emerods which the Plishtim returned for a trespass offering unto YY ; for Ashdod one, for Azah one, for Askelon one, for Gat one, for Ekron one;
But the Plishtim took him, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Azah, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house.
Then spake Y'howshu`a to YY in the day when YY delivered up the Amorites before the children of Yisrael, and he said in the sight of Yisrael, Sun, stand thou still upon Givon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
That they feared greatly, because Givon was a great city, as one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all the men thereof were mighty.
And your border shall turn from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin: and the going forth thereof shall be from the south to Kadeshbarnea, and shall go on to Hazaraddar, and pass on to Azmon:
And they went and came to Moshe, and to Aharon, and to all the congregation of the children of Yisrael, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land.
And when we departed from Horev, we went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which ye saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as YY our Elohim Commanded us; and we came to Kadeshbarnea.
