And this is the record of Yochanan, when the Jews sent kohanim and Levim from Yerushalayim to ask him, Who art thou?

Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be HaMoshiach, tell us plainly.

Then said Paul, Yochanan verily immersed with the immersion of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Moshiach Y'shuw`a.

And as Yochanan fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose.

Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?

The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the Sabbath Day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.

The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?

The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.

Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the kohanim the Lvim shall teach you: as I Commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.

The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this Temple in restoration, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Y'shuw`a, which had made him whole.

And therefore did the Jews persecute Y'shuw`a, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the Sabbath Day.

Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that Elohim was his Father, making himself equal with Elohim.

After these things Y'shuw`a walked in Galil: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.

Then the Jews sought him at the Feast, and said, Where is he?

And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?

Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.

Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?

Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Avraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Avraham?

Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

And many of the Jews came to Marta and Miryam, to comfort them concerning their brother.

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that Elohim is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
