Then said the princes and all the people unto the kohanim and to the prophets; This man is not worthy to die: for he hath spoken to us in the name of YY our Elohim.

Whom I perceived to be accused of questions of their Torah, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds.

And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Prushim part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against Elohim.

But when I found that he had committed nothing worthy of death, and that he himself hath appealed to Augustus, I have determined to send him.

And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.

Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Y'shuw`a, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of Elohim.

Then spake the kohanim and the prophets unto the princes and to all the people, saying, This man is worthy to die; for he hath prophesied against this city, as ye have heard with your ears.

When a man's ways please YY , he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should serve themselves of them any more, then they obeyed, and let them go.

Wherefore the princes were wroth with Yirmeyah-yahu, and smote him, and put him in prison in the house of Yhonatan the scribe: for they had made that the prison.

Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
