For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

In the last day, that Great Day of the Feast, Y'shuw`a stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

O YY , the hope of Yisrael, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken YY , the fountain of living waters.

And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alef and Tav, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the Throne of Elohim and of the Lamb.

Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.

And the Ruach and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

Hath a nation changed their elohim, which are yet no elohim? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit.

These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken YY thy Elohim, when he led thee by the way?

And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other elohim, and worshipped the works of their own hands.

For Elohim giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before Elohim. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

Thou hast forsaken me, saith YY , thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting.

For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.

Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Yisrael doth not know, my people doth not consider.

Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.

Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.

And they cried unto YY , and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken YY , and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.

The prophets prophesy falsely, and the kohanim bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?

Again, I considered all travail, and every right work, that for this a man is envied of his neighbour. This is also vanity and vexation of spirit.

As the thief is ashamed when he is found, so is the house of Yisrael ashamed; they, their kings, their princes, and their kohanim, and their prophets.

For there is a man whose labour is in wisdom, and in knowledge, and in equity; yet to a man that hath not laboured therein shall he leave it for his portion. This also is vanity and a great evil.

I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.

Yet ye have forsaken me, and served other elohim: wherefore I will deliver you no more.

O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherein have I wearied thee? testify against me.

Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.

Will a man leave the snow of Lvanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.

Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.

Y'shuw`a answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of Elohim, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

And YY said unto Moshe, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the elohim of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

And their nobles have sent their little ones to the waters: they came to the pits, and found no water; they returned with their vessels empty; they were ashamed and confounded, and covered their heads.

Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other elohim, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Yhudah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;

Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.

In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim for sin and for uncleanness.

Because they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other elohim, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands; therefore my wrath shall be kindled against this place, and shall not be quenched.

Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken YY , they have provoked the Holy One of Yisrael unto anger, they are gone away backward.

That I may take the house of Yisrael in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols.
