And the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Yvusi; the same is Yerushalayim: and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the valley of the giants northward:
And he defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.
And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I Commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Yhudah to sin.
And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of YY , to provoke him to anger.
Moreover he burnt incense in the valley of the son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire, after the abominations of the heathen whom YY had cast out before the children of Yisrael.
Thus saith YY ; Stand in the court of YY 's house, and speak unto all the cities of Yhudah, which come to worship in YY 's house, all the words that I Command thee to speak unto them; diminish not a Word:
Then YY said unto me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Yhudah, and in the streets of Yerushalayim, saying, Hear ye the words of this covenant, and do them.
Stand in the gate of YY 's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of YY , all ye of Yhudah, that enter in at these gates to worship YY .
Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Yisrael, saith YY ; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith YY , and I will not keep anger for ever.
After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his house. After him repaired also Shemaiah the son of Shechaniah, the keeper of the east gate.
