Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Yaakov, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Plishtim, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.
What hath my beloved to do in mine house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness with many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou rejoicest.
All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.
And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Yerushalayim shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Yhoshafat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Yisrael, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
Speak unto the house of Yisrael, Thus saith YY Elohim; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pitieth; and your sons and your daughters whom ye have left shall fall by the sword.
Cut off thine hair, O Yerushalayim, and cast it away, and take up a lamentation on high places; for YY hath rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath.
Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.
Hast thou utterly rejected Yhudah? hath thy soul lothed TZiyon? why hast thou smitten us, and there is no healing for us? we looked for peace, and there is no good; and for the time of healing, and behold trouble!
And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.
And when this people, or the prophet, or a kohen, shall ask thee, saying, What is the burden of YY ? thou shalt then say unto them, What burden? I will even forsake you, saith YY .
Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence:
And of Binyamin he said, The beloved of YY shall dwell in safety by him; and YY shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.
And I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance, and deliver them into the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies;
