And it shall come to pass in the day that YY shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,
Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Yaakov, saith YY ; neither be dismayed, O Yisrael: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Yaakov shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Yerushalayim: and they shall be my people, and I will be their Elohim, in truth and in righteousness.
And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Yisrael, nor any grieving tshofar of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am YY Elohim.
Their Redeemer is strong; YY -TZvaot is his name: he shall throughly plead their cause, that he may give rest to the land, and disquiet the inhabitants of Bavel.
And in that day there shall be a root of Yishai, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.
Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which YY shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.
Speak ye comfortably to Yerushalayim, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of YY 's hand double for all her sins.
And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.
For it shall come to pass in that day, saith YY -TZvaot, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
