And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:

And it shall come to pass in that day, that every place shall be, where there were a thousand vines at a thousand silverlings, it shall even be for briers and tshofars.

Whose harvest the hungry eateth up, and taketh it even out of the tshofars, and the robber swalloweth up their substance.

But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

For thus saith YY to the men of Yhudah and Yerushalayim, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among tshofars.

Upon the land of my people shall come up tshofars and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:

And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and tshofars: I will also Command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

Tshofars and snares are in the way of the froward: he that doth keep his soul shall be far from them.

Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Iyov are ended.

Know for a certainty that YY your Elohim will no more drive out any of these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and tshofars in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which YY your Elohim hath given you.

They have sown wheat, but shall reap tshofars: they have put themselves to pain, but shall not profit: and they shall be ashamed of your revenues because of the fierce anger of YY .

And, lo, it was all grown over with tshofars, and nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down.

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.

And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: YY gave, and YY hath taken away; blessed be the name of YY .

For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I Commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

With arrows and with bows shall men come thither; because all the land shall become briers and tshofars.
