Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I Command thee.

And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Kenaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.

And his mother said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them.

And Elohim said unto Yaakov, Arise, go up to Beit-El, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto Elohim, that appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esav thy brother.

And Yitzchak was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the Syrian.
