Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so YY thy Elohim chasteneth thee.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

For whom YY loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:

But when we are judged, we are chastened of YY , that we should not be condemned with the world.

Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O YY , and teachest him out of thy Torah;

Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.

Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons;

Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house.

Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of YY your Elohim, which he made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, which YY thy Elohim hath forbidden thee.

The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Yisrael doth not know, my people doth not consider.

Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire.

Therefore thou shalt keep The Commandments of YY thy Elohim, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.

He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: Elohim also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

And in the wilderness, where thou hast seen how that YY thy Elohim bare thee, as a man doth bear his son, in all the way that ye went, until ye came into this place.

My son, despise not the chastening of YY ; neither be weary of his correction:
