Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of YY doth man live.

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which YY hath promised to them that love him.

And when the children of Yisrael saw it, they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moshe said unto them, This is the bread which YY hath given you to eat.

That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Y'shuw`a HaMoshiach:

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love Elohim, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

And it came to pass after these things, that Elohim did tempt Avraham, and said unto him, Avraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.

And he cried unto YY ; and YY shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them,

Then said YY unto Moshe, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my Torah, or no.

And the house of Yisrael called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.

And thou shalt remember all the way which YY thy Elohim led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep His Commandments, or no.

Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for YY your Elohim proveth you, to know whether ye love YY your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul.

Howbeit in the business of the ambassadors of the princes of Bavel, who sent unto him to enquire of the wonder that was done in the land, Elohim left him, to try him, that he might know all that was in his heart.

Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.

And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

And Moshe said unto the people, Fear not: for Elohim is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

So YY blessed the latter end of Iyov more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.

The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but YY trieth the hearts.
