This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the El Elyon, which is come upon my YY the king:

He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no way.

This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the El Elyon ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.

YY -TZvaot hath purposed it, to stain the pride of all glory, and to bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth.

He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

I will declare the decree: YY hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

This is the portion of a wicked man from Elohim, and the heritage appointed unto him by Elohim.

I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high Elohim hath wrought toward me.

Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My YY , the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.

By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of YY men depart from evil.

Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his Throne is upholden by mercy.
