Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive Ruach HaKodesh.

I wrote unto the Congregation: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.

How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from Elohim only?

Then laid they their hands on them, and they received Ruach HaKodesh.

And when Shimon saw that through laying on of the emissaries hands Ruach HaKodesh was given, he offered them money,

But Kefa said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of Elohim may be purchased with money.
