And the word of Elohim increased; and the number of the talmidim multiplied in Yerushalayim greatly; and a great company of the kohanim were obedient to the faith.
Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of Elohim in truth:
But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to The Commandment of the everlasting Elohim, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
Confirming the souls of the talmidim, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the Kingdom of Elohim.
By faith Avraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
And when they heard it, they glorified YY , and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the Torah:
Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Prushim they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the Synagogue:
And Shimeon blessed them, and said unto Miryam his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Yisrael; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
For Hizkiyah-yahu king of Yhudah did give to the congregation a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of kohanim sanctified themselves.
But the kohanim were too few, so that they could not flay all the burnt offerings: wherefore their brethren the Lvim did help them, till the work was ended, and until the other kohanim had sanctified themselves: for the Lvim were more upright in heart to sanctify themselves than the kohanim.
And in those days, when the number of the talmidim was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Greek speakers against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.
Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the holy ones.
