Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of Ruach HaKodesh and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

Take you wise men, and understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you.

Well reported of for tzdukim; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the feet of the holy ones, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.

Demetrius hath good report of all men, and of the truth itself: yea, and we also bear record; and ye know that our record is true.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Ruach;

And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Yerushalayim.

And one Hananyah, a devout man according to the Torah, having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,

And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth Elohim, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from Elohim by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

Whom they set before the emissaries: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.

And they were all filled with Ruach HaKodesh, and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Y'shuw`a went in and out among us,

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Rabbi, even Moshiach; and all ye are brethren.

For his Elohim doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him.

And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.

For to one is given by the Ruach the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Ruach;

Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium.

And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The emissaries and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.

Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear Elohim, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that talmid should not die: yet Y'shuw`a said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

And in those days Kefa stood up in the midst of the talmidim, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)

Then the twelve called the multitude of the talmidim unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of Elohim, and serve tables.

And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of Ruach HaKodesh, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nikanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicholas a proselyte of Antioch:

Where we found brethren, and were desired to tarry with them seven days: and so we went toward Rome.
