To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of languages; to another the interpretation of languages:

Who is like unto thee, O YY , among the elohim? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

Elohim also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of Ruach HaKodesh, according to his own will?

One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.

And all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the mingled people that dwell in the desert,

That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.

Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.

For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:

And because the haven was not commodious to winter in, the more part advised to depart thence also, if by any means they might attain to Phenice, and there to winter; which is an haven of Crete, and lieth toward the south west and north west.

And when we had sailed slowly many days, and scarce were come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone;

Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.

This also cometh forth from YY -TZvaot, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.

O YY , thou art my Elohim; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: YY is gracious and full of compassion.

Oh that men would praise YY for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O YY : thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the holy ones.

We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of YY , and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

I will remember the works of YY : surely I will remember thy wonders of old.

O Elohim, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.

Many, O YY my Elohim, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

And Elohim helped him against the Plishtim, and against the Arabians that dwelt in Gurbaal, and the Mehunims.

Also some of the Plishtim brought Yhoshafat presents, and tribute silver; and the Arabians brought him flocks, seven thousand and seven hundred rams, and seven thousand and seven hundred he goats.

Beside that he had of the merchantmen, and of the traffick of the spice merchants, and of all the kings of Arabia, and of the governors of the country.

For this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Yerushalayim which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

Neither went I up to Yerushalayim to them which were emissaries before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Dammesek.

The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye travelling companies of Dedanim.

And Elohim hath set some in the Congregation, first emissaries, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of languages.

Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

And when the south wind blew softly, supposing that they had obtained their purpose, loosing thence, they sailed close by Crete.
