And David said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of TZruyah, that ye should this day be adversaries unto me? shall there any man be put to death this day in Yisrael? for do not I know that I am this day king over Yisrael?

And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of TZruyah? so let him curse, because YY hath said unto him, Curse David. Who shall then say, Wherefore hast thou done so?

And Saul said, There shall not a man be put to death this day: for to day YY hath wrought salvation in Yisrael.

And I am this day weak, though anointed king; and these men the sons of TZruyah be too hard for me: YY shall reward the doer of evil according to his wickedness.

And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Y'shuw`a, thou Son of Elohim? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

And in mercy shall the Throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.

Then said Abishai to David, Elohim hath delivered thine enemy into thine hand this day: now therefore let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear even to the earth at once, and I will not smite him the second time.

Then said Abishai the son of TZruyah unto the king, Why should this dead dog curse my YY the king? let me go over, I pray thee, and take off his head.

And David said to Abishai, Destroy him not: for who can stretch forth his hand against YY 's anointed, and be guiltless?

YY forbid that I should stretch forth mine hand against YY 's anointed: but, I pray thee, take thou now the spear that is at his bolster, and the cruse of water, and let us go.

And when king David came to Bahurim, behold, thence came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed still as he came.
