Behold, they have there with them their two sons, Ahimaaz Zadok's son, and Yhonatan Evyatar's son; and by them ye shall send unto me every thing that ye can hear.
Thou hast seen it; for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite it with thy hand: the poor committeth himself unto thee; thou art the helper of the fatherless.
Now Yhonatan and Ahimaaz stayed by Enrogel; for they might not be seen to come into the city: and a wench went and told them; and they went and told king David.
And Yoav said unto him, Thou shalt not bear tidings this day, but thou shalt bear tidings another day: but this day thou shalt bear no tidings, because the king's son is dead.
The king said also unto Zadok the kohen, Art not thou a seer? return into the city in peace, and your two sons with you, Ahimaaz thy son, and Yhonatan the son of Evyatar.
