And the king said, Is not the hand of Yoav with thee in all this? And the woman answered and said, As thy soul liveth, my YY the king, none can turn to the right hand or to the left from ought that my YY the king hath spoken: for thy servant Yoav, he bade me, and he put all these words in the mouth of thine handmaid:

For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king's high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.

Then the king answered and said unto the woman, Hide not from me, I pray thee, the thing that I shall ask thee. And the woman said, Let my YY the king now speak.

Otherwise I should have wrought falsehood against mine own life: for there is no matter hid from the king, and thou thyself wouldest have set thyself against me.

It is the glory of Elohim to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
