Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him YY had given deliverance unto Syria: he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper.

And many lepers were in Yisrael in the time of Elisha the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.

And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

Y'shuw`a answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, Why sit we here until we die?

Let it rest on the head of Yoav, and on all his father's house; and let there not fail from the house of Yoav one that hath an issue, or that is a leper, or that leaneth on a staff, or that falleth on the sword, or that lacketh bread.

The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow.

And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Yisrael a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife.
