2 Kings 23:2

And the king went up into the house of YY , and all the men of Yhudah and all the inhabitants of Yerushalayim with him, and the kohanim, and the prophets, and all the people, both small and great: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of YY .

And Hilkiah kohen hagadol said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the Torah in the house of YY . And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before Elohim; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Having therefore obtained help of Elohim, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moshe did say should come:

He will bless them that fear YY , both small and great.

The small and great are there; and the servant is free from his master.

And when these days were expired, the king made a feast unto all the people that were present in Shushan the palace, both unto great and small, seven days, in the court of the garden of the king's palace;

On that day they read in the book of Moshe in the audience of the people; and therein was found written, that the Ammonite and the Moabite should not come into the congregation of Elohim for ever;

And they stood up in their place, and read in the book of the Torah of YY their Elohim one fourth part of the day; and another fourth part they confessed, and worshipped YY their Elohim.

And they taught in Yhudah, and had the book of the Torah of YY with them, and went about throughout all the cities of Yhudah, and taught the people.

That whosoever would not seek YY Elohim of Yisrael should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.

There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moshe put there at Horev, when YY made a covenant with the children of Yisrael, when they came out of the land of Egypt.

And had taken the women captives, that were therein: they slew not any, either great or small, but carried them away, and went on their way.

And it was so, that, after they had carried it about, the hand of YY was against the city with a very great destruction: and he smote the men of the city, both small and great, and they had emerods in their secret parts.

Take this book of the Torah, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of YY your Elohim, that it may be there for a witness against thee.

And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

This is the word that came unto Yirmeyah-yahu from YY , after that the king TZidkiyah-yahu had made a covenant with all the people which were at Yerushalayim, to proclaim liberty unto them;
