According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other elohim, so do they also unto thee.

And when the people saw that Moshe delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aharon, and said unto him, Up, make us elohim, which shall go before us; for as for this Moshe, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

And the children of Yisrael did evil again in the sight of YY ; and YY delivered them into the hand of the Plishtim forty years.

And the children of Yisrael did evil in the sight of YY : and YY delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.

And the children of Yisrael again did evil in the sight of YY , when Ehud was dead.

And the anger of YY was hot against Yisrael; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my covenant which I Commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice;

Ye have been rebellious against YY from the day that I knew you.

But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Yisrael murmured against Moshe and against Aharon, saying, Ye have killed the people of YY .

Wherefore the people did chide with Moshe, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moshe said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt YY ?

And the children of Yisrael said unto them, Would to Elohim we had died by the hand of YY in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots, and when we did eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.

And YY said unto Shmuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.

At the end of seven years let ye go every man his brother an Hebrew, which hath been sold unto thee; and when he hath served thee six years, thou shalt let him go free from thee: but your fathers hearkened not unto me, neither inclined their ear.

And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Yisrael, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.

And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with Elohim.
