Now Shmuel was dead, and all Yisrael had lamented him, and buried him in Ramah, even in his own city. And Saul had put away those that had familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land.
Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where are Shmuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.
And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before YY , and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and YY remembered her.
And David fled from Naioth in Ramah, and came and said before Yhonatan, What have I done? what is mine iniquity? and what is my sin before thy father, that he seeketh my life?
And the servants of Achish said unto him, Is not this David the king of the land? did they not sing one to another of him in dances, saying, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands?
