And also the Strength of Yisrael will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.

I YY have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to thy ways, and according to thy doings, shall they judge thee, saith YY Elohim.

Elohim is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

In hope of eternal life, which Elohim, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for Elohim to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.

Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Moshiach may rest upon me.

YY also shall roar out of TZiyon, and utter his voice from Yerushalayim; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but YY will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Yisrael.

Surely, shall one say, in YY have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

O Elohim, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the Elohim of Yisrael is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be Elohim.

YY will give strength unto his people; YY will bless his people with peace.

I can do all things through Moshiach which strengtheneth me.

The eternal Elohim is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.

Thine, O YY is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O YY , and thou art exalted as head above all.

(For those kohanim were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, YY sware and will not repent, Thou art a Kohen for ever after the order of Malkki-TZedeq:)
