For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in Elohim, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:

Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in Elohim, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.

Well reported of for tzdukim; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the feet of the holy ones, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.

Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and love and holiness with sobriety.

Now there was at Yafo a certain talmid named Tavita, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and tzedekah which she did.

And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the Temple, but served Elohim with fastings and prayers night and day.

Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me.

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth YY , she shall be praised.

And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in YY , mine shofar is exalted in YY : my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.

Through faith also Sarah herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.

These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Miryam the mother of Y'shuw`a, and with his brethren.

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Blessed be the Elohim and Father of our Lord Y'shuw`a HaMoshiach, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Y'shuw`a HaMoshiach from the dead,
