All these men of war, that could keep rank, came with a perfect heart to Hevron, to make David king over all Yisrael: and all the rest also of Yisrael were of one heart to make David king.
Howbeit I will not rend away all the kingdom; but will give one tribe to thy son for David my servant's sake, and for Yerushalayim's sake which I have chosen.
