That YY may continue his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail thee (said he) a man on the Throne of Yisrael.

I beseech thee, O YY , remember now how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hizkiyah-yahu wept sore.

Therefore now, YY Elohim of Yisrael, keep with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the Throne of Yisrael; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me.

And now, O YY Elohim, the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant, and concerning his house, establish it for ever, and do as thou hast said.

Y'shuw`a said unto him, Thou shalt love YY thy Elohim with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

And they were both righteous before Elohim, walking in all the mitzvot and ordinances of YY blameless.

For I will gather all nations against Yerushalayim to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon YY , they shall inherit the earth.

And YY was with Yhoshafat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and sought not unto Baalim;

And thou, Shlomo my son, know thou the Elohim of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for YY searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.

And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to YY with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the Torah of Moshe; neither after him arose there any like him.

And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before YY , to walk after YY , and to keep His Commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all their heart and all their soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant.

Then I will establish the Throne of thy kingdom upon Yisrael for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the Throne of Yisrael.

And he said, YY Elohim of Yisrael, there is no Elohim like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart:

And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and My Commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.

And Shlomo loved YY , walking in the statutes of David his father: only he sacrificed and burnt incense in high places.

And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto My Commandments which I Command you this day, to love YY your Elohim, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,

And now, Yisrael, what doth YY thy Elohim require of thee, but to fear YY thy Elohim, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve YY thy Elohim with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that YY thy Elohim shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers:

And thou shalt love YY thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

If ye walk in my statutes, and keep My Commandments, and do them;

For I know Him, that He will Command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of YY , to do justice and judgment; that YY may bring upon Avraham that which He hath spoken of him.

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, YY appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am El Shaddai Elohim; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

Now therefore, O YY Elohim of Yisrael, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit upon the Throne of Yisrael; yet so that thy children take heed to their way to walk in my Torah, as thou hast walked before me.

Then will I stablish the Throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Yisrael.

I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

For thus saith YY ; David shall never have cut-off a man to sit upon the Throne of the house of Yisrael;

And also thus said the king, Blessed be YY Elohim of Yisrael, which hath given one to sit on my Throne this day, mine eyes even seeing it.

Concerning this house which thou art in building, if thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all My Commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father:

And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may have a light alway before me in Yerushalayim, the city which I have chosen me to put my name there.
