So he went and did according unto the word of YY : for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Yarden.

Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Then said Y'shuw`a unto his talmidim, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his execution stake, and follow me.

Trust in YY with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of YY came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Eliyah-yahu?

And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have Commanded the ravens to feed thee there.

And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.

And the children of Yisrael went away, and did as YY had Commanded Moshe and Aharon, so did they.
