Why am I so sad? Why am I so upset? I tell myself, “Wait for God’s help! You will again be able to praise him, your God, the one who will save you.”

I hurt so much I cannot feel anything. My pounding heart makes me scream!

Then, at the gates of Jerusalem, I can sing praises to you. I will be so happy because you saved me.”

Lord, if you heal me, I surely will be healed. Save me, and I surely will be saved. Lord, I praise you!
