They were all completely amazed. They said, “Look at what he has done. It’s all good. He makes deaf people able to hear and gives a new voice to people who could not talk.”

When he got into the boat with the followers, the wind stopped. The followers were completely amazed.

The girl immediately stood up and began walking. (She was twelve years old.) The father and mother and the followers were amazed.

They were very afraid and asked each other, “What kind of man is this? Even the wind and the water obey him!”

Immediately the paralyzed man stood up. He picked up his mat and walked out of the room. Everyone could see him. They were amazed and praised God. They said, “This is the most amazing thing we have ever seen!”

God looked at everything he had made. And he saw that everything was very good. There was evening, and then there was morning. This was the sixth day.

I praise you because you made me in such a wonderful way. I know how amazing that was!

When the people saw what Paul did, they shouted in their own Lycaonian language. They said, “The gods have come down to us in the form of humans!”

You and I are guilty. We deserve to die because we did wrong. But this man has done nothing wrong.”

The people were amazed. They asked each other, “What is happening here? This man is teaching something new, and he teaches with authority! He even commands evil spirits, and they obey him.”

The deaf will hear the words in the book. The blind will see through the darkness and fog.

As these two men were leaving, some people brought another man to Jesus. This man could not talk because he had a demon inside him.

Jesus told the people not to tell anyone about this. But the more he told them not to say anything, the more people they told.

Another time there were many people with Jesus. The people had nothing to eat. So he called his followers to him and said,
