Someone said to him, “Lord, how many people will be saved? Only a few?” Jesus said,

But the gate that opens the way to true life is narrow. And the road that leads there is hard to follow. Only a few people find it.

“Yes, many people are invited. But only a few are chosen.”

“So those who are last now will be first in the future. And those who are first now will be last in the future.”

The followers were amazed to hear this. They asked, “Then who can be saved?”

Jesus was teaching in every town and village. He continued to travel toward Jerusalem.

“The door to heaven is narrow. Try hard to enter it. Many people will want to enter there, but they will not be able to go in.
