“If the raw skin changes and becomes white, the person must come to the priest.
One time Jesus was in a town where a very sick man lived. This man was covered with leprosy. When the man saw Jesus, he bowed before Jesus and begged him, “Lord, you have the power to heal me if you want.”
When the priest sees the raw skin, he must announce that the person is unclean. The raw skin is not clean. It is leprosy.
The priest must look at the person. If the skin has become white, the person who had the infection is clean, and the priest must announce this.
