We know that in everything God works for the good of those who love him. These are the people God chose, because that was his plan.

We will profit more if we sell him to these traders. Then we will not be guilty of killing our own brother.” The other brothers agreed.

Then Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid. I am not God! I have no right to punish you.
