Wickedness is atoned for by loyalty and faithfulness, and one turns from evil by the fear of the Lord.

Don’t consider yourself to be wise; fear the Lord and turn away from evil.

Do you not fear Me? This is the Lord’s declaration. Do you not tremble before Me, the One who set the sand as the boundary of the sea, an enduring barrier that it cannot cross? The waves surge, but they cannot prevail. They roar but cannot pass over it.

But the Lord is in His holy temple; let everyone on earth be silent in His presence.

Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith. Examine yourselves. Or do you yourselves not recognize that Jesus Christ is in you? — unless you fail the test.

Be angry and do not sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your anger,
