But after I have been resurrected, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.”
From then on Jesus began to point out to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders, chief priests, and scribes, be killed, and be raised the third day.
Then they will hand Him over to the Gentiles to be mocked, flogged, and crucified, and He will be resurrected on the third day.”
Peter told Him, “Even if everyone runs away because of You, I will never run away! ”
Then Jesus told them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell My brothers to leave for Galilee, and they will see Me there.”
The 11 disciples traveled to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had directed them.
But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you to Galilee; you will see Him there just as He told you.’ ”
Then He appeared to over 500 brothers at one time; most of them are still alive, but some have fallen asleep.
