and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave;
Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child — this one is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
It must not be like that among you. On the contrary, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,
just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life — a ransom for many.”
But it must not be like that among you. On the contrary, whoever is greatest among you must become like the youngest, and whoever leads, like the one serving.
I am obligated both to Greeks and barbarians, both to the wise and the foolish.
Now I consider myself in no way inferior to the “super-apostles.”
I will most gladly spend and be spent for you. If I love you more, am I to be loved less?
For we are not proclaiming ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves because of Jesus.
