Then the disciples came up and asked Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables? ”

Then He dismissed the crowds and went into the house. His disciples approached Him and said, “Explain the parable of the weeds in the field to us.”

After six days Jesus took Peter, James, and his brother John and led them up on a high mountain by themselves.

When they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage at the Mount of Olives, Jesus then sent two disciples,

While He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached Him privately and said, “Tell us, when will these things happen? And what is the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age? ”

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, approached Him and said, “Teacher, we want You to do something for us if we ask You.”

“Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign when all these things are about to take place? ”

He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be deeply distressed and horrified.

And He did not speak to them without a parable. Privately, however, He would explain everything to His own disciples.

He did not let anyone accompany Him except Peter, James, and John, James’s brother.

After six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John and led them up on a high mountain by themselves to be alone. He was transformed in front of them,
